Introduction of DNGN CBN insert series

• DNGN series CBN inserts have a 55° diamond shape and are ISO international standard models. The solid CBN insert is sintered under high temperature and high pressure on the six-sided top, and has excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and chemical stability.

• Common models of DNGN series CBN inserts include DNGN1104, DNGN1506, etc. Common nose radius are 04, 08 and 12.

  The standard cutting edges of DNGN Solid CBN inserts are T01020, T01020, S01020, S02020, and other cutting edges can be customized.

• DNGN solid CBN inserts can efficiently turn all kinds of cast iron and hardened steel parts, realizing turning instead of grinding. Commonly used in turning gray cast iron brake discs, gray iron brake drums, boron cast iron cylinder liners, cast iron clutches, cast iron pressure plates, gray cast iron flanges, air conditioning compressors and other typical cast iron parts.
