• RNMN Solid CBN Inserts, also called RNGN Inserts. RNGN series cubic boron nitride insert is a round insert with a minimum diameter of 6.35mm and a maximum diameter of 25mm. The model and specification can be customized according to users’ requirements. This kind of CBN Solid Inserts can rough and finish machining the inner and outer circles and end faces of high manganese steel grinding roller and other high hardness materials with excellent wear resistance.

• It has 4 cbn grade, SBN900 and SBN850 are suitable for both cast iron and hardened steel, and SBK800 and SBK750 perform excellent on machining only cast iron.They have high impact resistance, high wear resistance and high blank removal rate. When processing forging blank, it can process directly without changing the inserts, rough and finish machining can be completed with one step, which greatly improves the machining efficiency.
